User data
We may process account details, profile information, preferences, app settings, messages, friendship and caregiver interactions, support requests, and content you choose to provide.
Sensitive user data
The app may include sensitive context such as wellness notes, caregiver information, memories, companionship preferences, family relationships, and other information you voluntarily enter.
Device data
We may process limited device and technical data such as browser type, operating system, approximate region, IP-derived diagnostics, device capabilities, error logs, and interaction events needed to operate and secure the app.
Uploaded files
Photos, videos, audio, documents, and other files you upload may be stored and processed so the app and PAL Agent can analyze, display, or share them according to the features you use.
Payments
If subscriptions, purchases, or donations are used, payment providers may process billing details, transaction data, fraud checks, and payment method information under their own policies. The app should not store full card numbers.
Analytics
We may use analytics to understand feature usage, improve reliability, measure engagement, and troubleshoot issues. Analytics should be limited to what is needed for product operations and improvement.
